Responsibilities工作职责

Build end-to-end agent workflows and developer-facing interfaces.构建端到端 Agent 工作流和面向开发者的界面。
Design APIs, task state, messaging, observability and recovery paths.设计 API、任务状态、消息、可观测性和恢复路径。
Ship polished TypeScript/React and Python/Go/Rust services.交付高质量的 TypeScript/React 与 Python/Go/Rust 服务。

Qualifications任职要求

Strong full-stack fundamentals and production ownership.扎实的全栈基础和生产系统 ownership。
Experience with distributed systems, developer tools or observability.有分布式系统、开发者工具或可观测性经验。
Product taste: you care about latency, clarity and failure modes.具备产品品味，关注延迟、清晰度和失败模式。

全栈工程师（Agent Infra / MetaBot）

岗位使命

以 MetaBot 为核心，负责 Agent Infra、Agent Harness 及相关应用的全栈开发，让 Agent 能够直接在开发机上理解任务、调用工具、执行工作并交付结果。

你将负责

负责 MetaBot 的前端、后端、App、产品体验和系统架构开发。
构建 Agent Harness，包括上下文管理、任务编排、工具调用、执行循环、状态管理、权限控制和结果交付。
建设 Agent 在开发机上的执行能力，包括本地代码、文件系统、浏览器、终端、开发工具和第三方服务的可靠接入。
完善开发机上的进程与会话管理、任务恢复、权限边界和运行稳定性。
开发面向 Web、桌面端、移动端和即时通讯平台的 Agent 应用。
建设多 Agent 协作、长时间任务、异步执行、定时任务、消息总线和跨设备协作能力。
建设日志、Tracing、Observability、回放、评测、错误恢复和运行诊断系统。
将 MetaBot 接入模型训练、实验管理、数据处理、公司业务和机器人研发工作流。
持续提升 Agent 的可靠性、响应速度、可扩展性和使用体验。

我们希望你

能独立完成前端、后端和 App 开发，并对完整产品结果负责。
熟悉 TypeScript、React、Python、Go、Rust 等技术栈中的一种或多种。
理解分布式系统、任务队列、数据库、缓存、消息系统、权限和部署运维。
使用过或深入研究过 Agent Harness、Tool Calling、MCP，或本机 Agent 的进程、会话、工具与开发环境集成。
能够快速理解模型能力，并将其转化为简单、可靠、真正可用的产品功能。
既能深入底层系统解决稳定性问题，也能从用户视角打磨交互体验。
对 Agent 如何成为个人和组织的通用工作入口有自己的判断。
