以 MetaBot 为核心构建 Agent Infra，作为自进化组织的基础设施，让 Agent 深度参与研发、业务和组织的每一个环节，驱动整个组织的自我进化。

你将负责

  • 负责 MetaBot 的前端、后端、App、产品体验和系统架构开发。
  • 构建 Agent Harness：上下文管理、任务编排、工具调用、执行循环、状态管理、权限控制和结果交付。
  • 建设多 Agent 协作、长时间任务、异步执行、定时任务、消息总线和跨设备协作等 Agent Infra 核心能力。
  • 将 Agent Infra 接入模型训练、实验管理、数据处理、公司业务和机器人研发工作流，支撑组织的持续自我进化。

我们希望你

  • 能独立完成前端、后端和 App 开发，并对完整产品结果负责。
  • 熟悉 TypeScript、React、Python、Go、Rust 等技术栈中的一种或多种，理解分布式系统、任务队列、数据库和部署运维。
  • 使用过或深入研究过 Agent Harness、Tool Calling、MCP，或 Agent 的进程、会话、工具与环境集成。
  • 既能深入底层系统解决稳定性问题，也能从用户视角打磨交互体验。
  • 对 Agent 如何成为自进化组织的基础设施有自己的判断。

Agent Infra Full-Stack Engineer (MetaBot)

Mission

Build Agent Infra centered on MetaBot as the infrastructure of a self-evolving organization — embedding agents deeply into every part of R&D, business, and operations to drive the organization's continuous self-evolution.

What You'll Do

  • Own MetaBot's frontend, backend, apps, product experience, and system architecture.
  • Build the Agent Harness: context management, task orchestration, tool calling, execution loops, state management, permission control, and result delivery.
  • Build core Agent Infra capabilities: multi-agent collaboration, long-running tasks, async execution, scheduled tasks, message bus, and cross-device collaboration.
  • Integrate Agent Infra into model training, experiment management, data processing, company operations, and robotics R&D workflows to support the organization's continuous self-evolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Able to independently ship frontend, backend, and apps — and take ownership of the complete product outcome.
  • Proficient in one or more of TypeScript, React, Python, Go, or Rust; solid understanding of distributed systems, task queues, databases, and deployment/ops.
  • Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with Agent Harnesses, tool calling, MCP, or agent process/session/tool/environment integration.
  • Comfortable diving into low-level systems to fix stability issues, while also polishing interaction from a user's perspective.
  • Your own conviction about how agents become the infrastructure of a self-evolving organization.
