Responsibilities工作职责

  • Design agentic evaluation and experiment workflows.设计 Agent 评测与实验工作流。
  • Develop hypothesis generation, ablation and analysis tools.开发假设生成、消融实验和分析工具。
  • Partner with model and infra teams to ship research into production.与模型和基础设施团队协作，将研究落地。

Qualifications任职要求

  • Strong Python/software engineering and rapid prototyping skills.扎实的 Python/软件工程能力和快速原型能力。
  • Experience with agents, evaluation, experiment design or ML research.有 Agent、评测、实验设计或机器学习研究经验。
  • Clear technical communication and ownership from idea to result.技术表达清晰，能从想法负责到结果。

岗位使命

通过 Recursive Self-Improvement 加速 Humanoid Foundation Model 的研发，让 AI 系统持续提升人形机器人基座模型的研究效率、实验质量和技术迭代速度。

你将负责

  • 研究并构建面向 Humanoid Foundation Model 研发的 Recursive Self-Improvement 系统。
  • 让 Agent 提出假设、阅读代码和论文、设计实验、执行任务、分析结果并迭代方案。
  • 建设研究过程中的记忆、反馈、评测、反思和自我改进机制。
  • 研究 Agent 如何完成数据分析、实验设计、训练配置搜索、模型评测和失败归因，缩短从研究想法到真机验证的周期。
  • 将研究人员的经验沉淀为可复用的工具、工作流和训练数据。
  • 设计能够衡量模型研发效率、实验质量和能力提升的评测体系。
  • 让 Agent 深度参与 Humanoid Foundation Model 的数据、训练、评测和机器人实验。

我们希望你

  • 对智能自我改进、Agent、自动化研究或 AI Scientist 有强烈兴趣，并希望将其用于人形机器人基座模型研发。
  • 熟悉 LLM、Agent、强化学习、搜索、评测或程序合成中的一个或多个方向。
  • 能独立完成从研究假设、原型开发到实验验证的完整过程。
  • 具有很强的代码能力和快速实验能力。
