• 建设研究过程中的记忆、反馈、评测、反思和自我改进机制。
• 将研究人员的经验沉淀为可复用的工具、工作流和训练数据。

• 对智能自我改进、Agent、自动化研究或 AI Scientist 有强烈兴趣，并希望将其用于人形机器人基座模型研发。
• 熟悉 LLM、Agent、强化学习、搜索、评测或程序合成中的一个或多个方向。
• 能独立完成从研究假设、原型开发到实验验证的完整过程，有很强的代码能力和快速实验能力。

Mission

Accelerate Humanoid Foundation Model R&D through Recursive Self-Improvement — AI systems that continuously improve the research efficiency, experiment quality, and iteration speed of our humanoid foundation model.

What You'll Do

• Research and build Recursive Self-Improvement systems for Humanoid Foundation Model R&D.
• Enable agents to form hypotheses, read code and papers, design and run experiments, analyze results, and iterate.
• Build memory, feedback, evaluation, reflection, and self-improvement mechanisms for the research process.
• Distill researchers' expertise into reusable tools, workflows, and training data.

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in self-improving intelligence, agents, automated research, or AI Scientists — and a desire to apply them to humanoid foundation model R&D.
• Familiarity with one or more of: LLMs, agents, reinforcement learning, search, evaluation, or program synthesis.
• Ability to independently drive the full loop from research hypothesis to prototyping to experimental validation, with strong coding and rapid experimentation skills.
